Inclusion is at the heart of everything we do.

We are committed to creating a welcoming and supportive environment where every young person feels valued and empowered to succeed. Through individualised support, adaptive teaching, and a culture of understanding, we ensure that all students can access the curriculum and thrive socially and emotionally.

By celebrating diversity and promoting equity, we nurture a community where differences are embraced, and every child has the opportunity to reach their full potential in a way that is tailored to suit them and their individual needs.

Pollyteach embraces multi-sensory teaching along with other High Quality teaching strategies and thrives to make learning accessible, engaging, and effective for all students. By integrating visual, auditory, tactile, and kinaesthetic elements into lessons, we cater to diverse learning styles and needs. This approach helps reinforce concepts, enhances memory, and ensures that every student can actively participate and connect with the material in a way that works best for them.

Maths and Literacy Interventions

Our tailored interventions are designed to support learners with specific educational needs in developing their skills in mathematics and literacy. Each programme is carefully selected to address individual learning gaps, promote confidence, and build essential skills.

Precision Teaching

Precision Teaching is a highly focused, evidence-based intervention that enhances fluency and accuracy in key skills. By setting measurable, specific goals and tracking daily progress, it ensures learners consolidate foundational knowledge, such as number facts or phonics, with precision and speed. Within our precision teaching sessions, we use multisensory approaches which aid the retention of key skills.
