Celebrating National Poetry Day

On Thursday 2nd October, to celebrate National Poetry Day, students and staff alike participated in Pollyteach’s Poetry competition.

This year’s theme was ‘Play’. Students displayed fantastic enthusiasm and imagination when writing their original poems, with a range of entries from haikus to acrostic poems.

To recognise their hard-work and creativity, 1st and 2nd place prizes were awarded to the worthy winners.
